The professional licence with a place in the founding programme: practical automation teaching with Ben through partner-coordinated group Zoom sessions, an opportunity to contribute to the future marketplace, and two-year protection of the founding monthly licence price under the founding terms.
Enterprise
Scoped and priced for your organization.
For customer-specific workflows, integrations, deployment requirements, and implementation support. A paid pilot is available when a smaller starting engagement is useful; it is not a mandatory step for every customer.
Why is access paid?
Blue Spark is a professional working product. Paid access supports the software, services, and ongoing development behind it. We would rather make the offer clear than hide the cost of useful automation behind a trial.
Is this a recurring charge?
Yes. The standard licence price is charged monthly. The checkout and membership agreement explain the currency, taxes, included usage, cancellation, and any separately charged services.
Is there a free trial?
No. You can review demonstrations and ask about suitability before purchasing. Custom discovery or a hands-on pilot is a separately scoped paid engagement.
Can a company purchase licences?
Yes. Licences can be held by a person or company. Additional licences can be purchased and assigned to other people under the applicable licence terms.
Do you offer refunds?
Our standard policy is not to offer discretionary refunds. This does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Service issues should be reported so we can investigate and address them.
What happens when paid access ends?
Access continues to the end of the paid period, followed by an automatic seven-day grace period. The service terms explain the functionality and usage available during that period and afterward.
Material billing and refund terms also appear in the legal documents and are shown before checkout.
