A person or company can hold Blue Spark licences. Additional licences can be purchased and assigned under the applicable agreement.
The software licence is separate from an independently supplied skill or automation service. Purchasing a creator's skill does not itself establish free, ongoing Blue Spark access.
Your agreement explains the device, use, assignment, and access conditions for the licence you purchase.
